Studies have shown that exercising in a group yields better results as opposed to one-on-one workouts with a personal trainer. There is more energy in a group setting with an already 'built-in' support system. It helps by providing motivation and encouragement that will ensure that you stick to your fitness program. Working out alone can become quite monotonous. People often lose interest in the fitness program and eventually prefer to quit. But in our group training class you get to meet many people and working out with others can be of great fun. Since the classes consist of people of different body types and ability to exercise you will get to find many people who are much better than you.
